Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Non-silent Renewal Quoting Expert to join our Service Integration & Operations practice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the renewal process for non-silent renewal managed services contracts end-to-end, starting from the renewal trigger to conclusion of the renewal process.
This includes interacting with back-to-back suppliers, ensuring that all CMDB (Configuration Management Database) assets are accurately tracked and maintained, guarding contract profitability, and ensuring all information in the ERP related to the contract and its renewal is correctly updated. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in Contract administration, preferably within the ICT sector.
- An understanding of CMDB and asset management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Previous experience with SAP.
- Verbal and written fluency in English (at least B2 on the EU CEFR scale, C1 or C2 is preferred)

Responsibilities:
Support on non-silent renewals (NSR) to Proximus NXT.
Quarterly inquiry & update of Non-Silent-Renewal CMDB contracts.
At each renewal occurrence:
- Follow-up of the contract specific information - data
- mailbox management
- Make sure the reporting will be accurate and KPIs (still to be defined) are respected
- Renewal of contracts & Renewable Products is assured
- The Quoting specific services:
- Quote request at the vendor
- Quoting process to renew the sales of the contract
- Quoting validation / approval and sending
