Spa Therapist @ ITC Hotels

Job Description

Treatment Delivery:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other beauty therapies, according to established protocols.
• Customize treatments to meet individual guest needs and preferences.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and equipment.
• Ensure proper use of spa products and equipment.

Guest Consultation and Service:

• Conduct thorough guest consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests.
• Educate guests on the benefits of spa treatments and products.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Maintain guest confidentiality.

Spa Operations:

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and preferences.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of spa products and supplies.
• Adhere to spa policies and procedures.
• Assist with general spa maintenance and cleanliness.

Professional Development:

• Stay up-to-date on the latest spa treatments and techniques.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain professional licensure and certifications as required.

Sales:

• Recommend and promote spa products and services to guests.

Achieve sales targets as set by management.
