Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process across departments
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll
- Draft and implement HR policies in alignment with company standards
- Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling
- Assist in performance appraisals and maintain evaluation records
- Coordinate with management and departments for HR operations
- Maintain HR records, databases, and reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Support training and development activities
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 5 years of HR experience (Real Estate or Construction industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic HR tools, MS Office, and payroll processes
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle responsibilities independently
- Startup mindset with adaptability and commitment
