Job Description

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with institutional clients such as HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering), Building Services Contractors /Facilities, Offices, Retail, Malls, Industries, Educational Institutes, Institutional Wholesalers & Govt sector within the industry.


Job description

  1. Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  2. Appoint suitable distributors and Ensure Primary, Secondary sales along with executing other important activities such as claim, CRM implementation etc.
  3. Identify and prospect potential institutional clients in the HORECA & Related industry.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Purchase Managers, Housekeepers, Kitchen Stewarding Managers, Chefs, Admin/Operation Managers, Owners, GMs and other stakeholders in customer organizations. Contacts in Paint/Hardware Industry and /or Car Accessories Channel/Market will be added advantage
  5. Understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations, training and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  7. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities & adjust sales strategies accordingly. Also share inputs / feedback with internal team.
  9. Prepare sales reports, forecasts & analysis to track performance and provide insights to management.
  10. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, networking events to expand the company's presence and generate new business opportunities.

Required Candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree would be preferred

2. Proven track record of at least 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the related industry.
