Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare and Manage Project Budgets and Cost Estimates

Preferred candidate profile

2. Conduct Quantity Take-offs and Prepare Bills of Quantities

3. Analyse and Compare Bids from Contractors and Suppliers

Requirements

• 46 yrs in QS or related field
• Strong in BOQ, estimation, cost control
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel
• Excellent analytical & negotiation skills
