1. IO List creation

2. Prepare load calculation

3. Prepare heat calculation

4. Prepare the Pneumatic CFM calculation sheet

5. Prepare the Lubrication calculation sheet

6. Prepare a detailed BOM sheet

7. Electrical drawing

8. Pneumatic drawing

9. Lubrication drawing

10. Hydraulics drawing

11. Cable list preparation

12. Cable scheduling with the Mech design team

13. Panel IGA, Cut-outs.

Below are the key skills required for the candidate.

• Hands-on experience with EPLAN 2.9, EPLAN 2025 and AutoCAD.
• Preparing Electrical and Fluids drawings.
• BOM Selection, wire sizing, cable selection.
• Control panel GA design.
• Electrical Calculations
• Sensor selection.
• Cable length details.
• Mechanical design interaction for input data.
• Communication skills.
