Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute project strategies aligned with the companys real estate development goals.
- Oversee feasibility studies, site selection, and risk assessments for new projects.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead end-to-end project development from concept to completion.
- Ensure timely approvals, permits, and compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee architectural designs, engineering plans, and construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project progress.
- Monitor project milestones and address delays or risks proactively.
- Liaise with investors, government authorities, and regulatory bodies for approvals.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Manage relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental norms.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain construction quality.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve construction challenges.
