Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shifts: Shift Timing will vary from 9 AM to 9 PM

Candidate should be open to travel based on business demand


Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in tele support or tech support

Educational Background: Any graduate can apply; relevant coursework in communication or technology is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a friendly and professional manner
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide timely resolutions, ensuring minimal disruption for customers
  • Uphold Service Level Agreements (SLA), Turn Around Time (TAT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets consistently
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while following up until resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and enhance customer experience
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and enhance service skills
  • Analyze feedback and suggest improvements to better meet customer need

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in Hindi (spoken only) and English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach

Qualifications
