Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and schedules in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective outcomes.
- Book venues, arrange permits, coordinate logistics (AV, catering, security, transportation, etc.).
- Source and manage suppliers, vendors, entertainment, and staff/volunteers.
- Develop promotional strategies in coordination with marketing teams (social media, email campaigns, etc.).
- Oversee the event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Handle event registrations, ticketing, RSVPs, and guest communications.
- Troubleshoot issues during the event and ensure a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
- Prepare post-event reports, collect feedback, and analyze success metrics.
