Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate joining formalities, including induction programs and employee engagement activities.
- Handle HR administration tasks such as attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
- Assist in HR generalist activities like performance appraisal systems, training programs, and policy implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Attendance Management
- Payroll, Salary Slips
- Manages hiring process & Screening the candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Manages employees data
- Need to handle variety of HR tasks
- Support to handle the data
- Statutory norms
- Employee Onboarding
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in an HR role or related field (freshers can apply).
- Any graduation degree; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and industrial relations principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for administrative tasks.
