Job Description

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve both hardware and software issues for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage technical inquiries via phone, email, or chat, provide step-by-step guidance, and ensure timely resolution of issues while documenting each case thoroughly. Youll also escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
