UI/UX Engineer with React @ Devika Staffing

Job Description

We are a fast-growing technology startup building AI-driven solutions to transform healthcare. We're looking for a UI/UX Engineer with 5+ years experience who can design, build, and optimize intuitive and high-performing web interfaces using ReactJS.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop clean, responsive, and accessible UI components using ReactJS
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and final implementation
• Lead and contribute to UX design decisions, ensuring smooth and intuitive user flows
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to bring features to life
• Conduct usability testing and implement design improvements based on user feedback
• Maintain consistency with design systems and evolve UI standards as needed
• Advocate for user-centered design and deliver pixel-perfect frontend experiences

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX engineering
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and frontend architecture best practices
• Demonstrated experience in building responsive, mobile-first web interfaces
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and performance
• optimization Portfolio of past work that demonstrates both design and frontend development skills

 

Nice to Have:

• Experience in designing dashboards or data-rich applications
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or other component libraries
• Understanding of analytics, A/B testing, or UX metrics
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment
