Job Title - ARDM ( Agency Recruitment and Development Manager)

 

Job Highlights - Graduate with at least 1 months of sales experience;

                        Recruit and develop agents, meet business targets

 

CTC - 2.4LPA to 4.5LPA (Depending on interview & Experience) & Fast track Promotion.

 

Incentives - 25000 - 30000 depending on sales.

 

Location - Delhi

 

Role & Responsibilities - 

• Agent Recruitment - 
1. Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
2. Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
• Agent Development -
1. Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
2. Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
3. Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
