Greetings!!

Hiring for the position "Auditor-IT infra" for an IT MNC.

Experience : 6 - 10 years

Location : PAN India

Primary Skill : Computer ( server) - Window, Unix, Linux , Database, Network , Cloud , Infra Security , ITIL

Secondary Skill : End user service , Collaboration, ITSM- tool.

Proficiency in auditing:

1. Ability to understand the business / customer expectations and pain areas and align audits or assessments to discover risks up front.
2. A quality management focus with exposure to CMMI / LEAN / Six Sigma / ITIL / KANBAN / Scrum  / ISO /PMP / Prince2 .
3. Project Management experience (estimation, scheduling, risk management, resourcing, etc.)
4. Knowledge on Industry trends and business context.
5. Ability to understand, interpret, correlate metrics and drive decisions
6. Ability to interpret contractual commitments and verify fulfillment
7. Ability to carry out structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and initiate Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)

What we look for in a candidate:

1. Exposure to Infra (CIS) projects especially on Transition projects and Large Infra projects (Cloud operations, Infra services, DC cloud migrations projects)
2. Good exposure to various Infra services / cloud / service now areas and have
complete clarity on Service Engineering Areas
3. Exposure to ITSM tools like service Now , Remedy, JIRA etc. will be an advantage
4.  Knowledge in  automation usage in large Infra (CIS) projects will be desirable
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills
