Job Description
- At least 7years to 12 years of overall IT experience
- At least 4years of Scrum Master/Project Manager experience is Mandatory
- Should have technical background (Ex- Dotnet. Java Etc)
- Should be from Banking / Insurance domain only
- Mandatory certifications (PSM/SAFe RTE/SAFe Agilist/SAFe Scrum Master/PMP/PMI ACP/Prince2)
- Should have experience working on Cloud / Devops
- Effectively communicating to internal/ external stakeholders based on data for decision making
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team, provide suggestions and recommendations based on previous experience and industry
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
- Guiding the team on self-organization to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Well versed with Scrum frameworks.
