In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for our expanding business. Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive - HR Locations: Gurugram Reports to: Deputy Manager HR Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience Preferred Industry: Logistics & Supply Chain / Pharma / Retail Qualification: MBA-HR or any other Post Graduate Degree in HR Job Description: Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and culture fit Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to job offer Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Desired Candidates Profile: Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks. Outstanding knowledge of HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. Good time-management skills. Ability to utilize HRIS and other marketing tools for recruitment. Ability to discover bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure. Quick decision-making skills Ability to work in a team, self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering results on time and with the utmost quality Strong negotiation and sales skills.
