Job Description

Testing and Validation: Perform and oversee electrical, mechanical, and thermal testing of MCBs. Develop and implement test plans and procedures for new product lines and prototypes. Quality Assurance: Ensure that MCBs pass quality control tests related to voltage, current, and short-circuit conditions. Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of test results and prepare testing reports. Testing Equipment Management: Set up, maintain, and calibrate testing equipment. Ensure the reliability and accuracy of all equipment used in testing. Collaboration: Work closely with product design, production, and quality teams to resolve any issues identified during testing. Provide feedback to design engineers for improvements in product design based on test results. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all testing procedures and reports adhere to internal and external audit requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing standards and regulatory requirements. Team Supervision Supervise junior testing engineers or technicians. Train and guide the team in understanding and conducting various MCB tests. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person,
