Roles and Responsibilities: - Achieving Sales targets of Siemens product portfolio
Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, territory management and customer management.
Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins and customer satisfaction.
Coordination with marketing department for leads generation and leads management.
Coordination with technical team for pre-sales (demonstrations, benchmarks) and post-sales
team for technical requirements of customers.
Interaction with industry bodies for establishing organization position
Maintaining business ethics, on time reporting and proper documentation.
Key Skills: - Knowledge of industry segments and their primary activities
Study & preparation for sales technically and commercially
Verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills to position company and product solution to prospects
Mustering internal and external support needed for winning sales deals & closures
Commercial acumen to ensure profitability
Target oriented alignment of activities
Networking with sales ecosystem Preferred Skills
Experience: - Mechanical Engineering Graduate with MBA in Sales and Marketing
Candidate can get on role based on performance.
Note: - There will be 2 years of service agreement.
