Job Description
This high-impact role integrates strategic HR planning with operational execution across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, engagement, training, compliance, performance management, and industrial relations, while aligning with business objectives and organizational values.Responsibilities:Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the plant's business goals and the overall organizational HR strategy.
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for all plant-level positions, ensuring timely and effective sourcing, selection, and integration of talent.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment, enhance employee morale, and reduce attrition.
Training & Development: Identify training needs for plant employees (shop-floor to supervisory levels), design and deliver or facilitate relevant training programs to enhance technical and behavioral competencies.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies relevant to the plant operations in Delhi and India.
Performance Management: Implement and manage the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning to drive individual and team performance.
Industrial Relations: Foster and maintain positive industrial relations, proactively address employee grievances, and ensure effective communication between management and the workforce.
Compensation & Benefits Administration: Administer compensation and benefits programs for plant employees, ensuring fairness and competitiveness within the local market.
HR Policies & Procedures: Implement and consistently apply HR policies and procedures across the plant.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and supervisors.
HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends, track key HR indicators, and provide insights to plant leadership.
