Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation plan, highlighting scope, checkpoints, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and key call-outs.
Manage the transition from one workflow to another while ensuring smooth execution and risk mitigation.
Oversee production tasks associated with the existing workflow during the transition phase.
Coordinate the cut-over process at scheduled checkpoints.
Collaborate with translation agencies to onboard them onto the new workflow.
Conduct assessment/dry-run cycles, document all issues, and drive resolutions.
Facilitate feedback calls with users and translation agencies to capture insights and improvement areas.
Translate feedback into actionable features for platform development.
Create and present weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of relevant experience in a design and technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs and projects.
Strong passion for user experience and design with a deep understanding of the design process.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead in an ambiguous environment with diverse stakeholders.
