We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the sales of Bluebeam software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and demonstrating the value of Bluebeam products to drive revenue growth.

Job Location: Mumbai/ Delhi/ Chennai
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for Bluebeam or other AEC / Infra products.
- Identify and prospect new clients within the AEC industry, including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Bluebeam / other AEC software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to address customer needs and enhance the sales process.
- Complete quotes in a timely fashion and accurately
- Maintain accurate contact records.
- Regularly follow up on quotes and sales leads
- Utilize support staff to improve own effectiveness.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analysis.
- Make good value judgment and represent Neilsoft in a positive & professional way.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track performance and provide insights for future strategy.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Bluebeam products and generate leads.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or civil with inclination towards Sales. MBA is Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Engineering Design Software / Solutions / Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and project management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail
- Should have Excellent written and oral communication skills with active listening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with the latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
