Job Title: Regional Sales Manager East
Location: Kolkata (Base Location)
Reporting To: National Sales Manager (NSM)

Company: Medprime Technologies is a pioneering medical device company focused on designing, developing, and delivering innovative and affordable diagnostic solutions like CILIKA the worlds first smartphone-powered microscope, and Micalys an AI-assisted diagnostic tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales operations across the East region (including but not limited to West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, and other North-Eastern states).
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor/dealer network.
• Lead, train, and manage the regional sales team and ensure high performance.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, lab managers, hospitals, and distributors.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to optimize strategies.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales data, forecasts, and market feedback to the NSM.
• Participate in regional exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 46 years of experience in medical device sales or diagnostic industry, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the East Indian healthcare market.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
