Job Description


Business Group Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in driving customer-centric strategies within the Customer Business Team (CBT) and Market Unit. Partner and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of services that exceed customer expectations while maintaining alignment with contractual obligations. Will thrive in a dynamic environment focused on transformational initiatives, leverage leadership to strengthen relationships with C-Suite executives and spearhead operational excellence. Capitalize on emerging opportunities for sustainable growth. You have: 
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Engineering or a relevant field
  • 1012 years of extensive experience in customer engagement, strategic programs and delivery management
  • Strong financial acumen, including revenue and cost management
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple business areas
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with senior leadership and diverse teams

  •  It would be nice if you also had: 
  • Experience with telecommunications industry
  • Experience with Project Management methodology or similar frameworks
  • Recognized thought leadership in delivering innovative solutions

  • Develop and implement tailored CNS delivery strategies based on market unit and customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives to drive customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Monitor financial KPIs and execute action plans to maximize revenue and ensure financial targets are met
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize workforce planning and enhance employee engagement
  • Drive transformation initiatives to align operations with strategic goals and improve delivery efficiency
  • Act as the primary customer interface and resolution point for any critical delivery issues
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all delivery teams
