Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules.
• Handling employee engagement activities.
• Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
• Handle the HRMS portal.
• Assist in coordinating training and development programs for employees.
• Support the HR department with various tasks and projects.
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
