Job Description
Requirements:
- Masters degree in human resources or a related field.
- Strong conceptual understanding of HR processes, including Exit Management and Compliance.
- Willingness to collaborate with a team of experts and adhere to defined systems and processes.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (beginner to intermediate level).
- Must be available to work from the Bangalore office on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Exit process, ensuring compliance and timely closure.
- Maintain and update digital employee folders and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Handle day-to-day HR Tech operations, primarily on GreytHR and Darwinbox (HRIS platform).
- Coordinate and conduct Induction sessions for new joiners.
- Support Compliance-related activities such as:
- Assisting in client audits
- EPFO data preparation and statutory return filings
- Liaising with vendors for timely updates and submissions
- Manage the Background Verification (BGV) process, including:
- Analysing BGV reports
- Maintaining the internal BGV tracker
Following up with vendors and employees for pending documentation
