We are hiring Customer Support Advisers (50 Positions)with Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi
NO SALES or NO TARGET only Customer Services.
Interview Date : 23rd April 2025 (9:00 AM to 5 PM)
Location : Square Business Services, 6th Floor, 3rd Block, White House Building, Begumpet Hyderabad.

Job Description


1. Manage all customer interactions as rostered within parameters
2. Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
3. Ensure updating of product, system, process and policy knowledge
4. Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines

Eligibility:

Should be able to converse in English & Hindi
Should have minimum +2 or Intermediate
Should know how to handle a system and navigate through different Applications

Compensation for freshers:

Salary: 12,500 monthly take home + up to 2000rs monthly incentives
