Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Management

  • Achieve revenue and sales targets for the region.
  • Identify new revenue-generating opportunities (both conventional and non-conventional).
  • Develop pricing policies, authorize sales promotions, and clearance sales.
  • Prepare annual budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Design and prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients and service providers.
  • Conduct pre-scoping, scoping, and research to validate prospective clients/customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, communicating their requirements to internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and insurance companies to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
  • Ensure client retention and drive customer satisfaction.

Operations and Compliance

  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful project rollouts in line with client specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to client, vendor, and mission Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Marketing Agreements.
  • Monitor and audit sales deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team to draft agreements and secure necessary approvals.
  • Manage staff performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and oversee merchandising and security measures for effective operations.

Environment, Social & Governance

  • Promote judicious use of natural resources.
  • Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines

Preferred candidate profile


6 - 8 years of experience, preferably in the travel and tourism or service industry, with experience in team management
