Role & responsibilities
Work closely with the Key Accounts & Leisure Head along with the Spiritual & Airlines Head to develop and implement trade strategy and plans.
Build relationships with travel agents (Leisure and Umrah) and tour operators in India.
Promote Saudi Arabia as a tourism destination to the Indian market.
Lead the product development (Leisure and Umrah) for the India market.
Track and analyze market trends and competition.
Report on progress and results to the Country Manager for India.
Work with the marketing team to develop marketing plans for the trade.
Attend trade events on behalf of the client. This will involve promoting Saudi Arabia as a tourism destination and meeting with potential partners.
Build relationships with the top management of top trade partners. This includes travel agents, tour operators, and airlines.
Planning and focusing on other segments like VFR, Business, MICE etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in travel industry marketing and trade management, with specific experience in promoting Umrah tourism.
