Position: Process Trainer International Voice Process
Location: Hinjewadi, Pune (Work from Office)
Experience: 5+ Years
Compensation: Up to 10 LPA
Joining: Immediate
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer to lead training programs for our international voice process team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in training delivery, content development, and performance coaching in a BPO/ITES environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing employees on process knowledge, communication, and client-specific protocols.
- Develop and maintain training materials, assessments, and feedback tools aligned with business and client expectations.
- Conduct floor support and refresher training sessions to improve performance and compliance.
- Identify skill gaps and work closely with operations to enhance team capabilities.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Ensure training standards and documentation meet internal and external audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process Trainer in an international voice process (US/UK/Global clients preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and training tools/platforms.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts if required.
