    Job Description: Dear all, THIS IS A SALES RELATED JOB AND NOTHING TO DO WITH ACCOUNTS. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our vibrant team in India. This role involves not only driving new sales and closing deals but also managing and guiding our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets while fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales process from lead generation through closing, focusing on new customer acquisition and revenue growth. SDR Team Management: Oversee a team of SDRs, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure they are effective in their lead generation and qualification efforts. Client Engagement: Conduct detailed product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to meet customer needs and maximize sales. Strategic Planning: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance lead generation activities and sales results. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met, provide regular sales reports to leadership, and adjust strategies as necessary. Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and satisfaction. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team lead role, preferably within the SaaS industry. Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficient in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
