Job Description: We are looking for a technically strong developer who understands how search engines and servers work under the hood. Your role will involve setting up advanced content delivery systems based on user geography, device, and behavior. Our websites are built on WordPress and static HTML. This is not a typical frontend role. We're looking for someone who can think like a systems engineer and understands the flow of how crawlers and users interact differently with a website. You can work remotely or from our office at Faridabad Sector 31. Responsibilities: Build and maintain custom server logic (Nginx, Apache, or Node.js-based routing) Implement conditional redirects based on IP, device type, referrer, or language headers Configure canonical tags (HTML and via HTTP headers). Integrate CDNs (e.g., Cloudflare) to support edge-level rules and geo-based content delivery Set up traffic segmentation systems showing different experiences to users from different regions or devices Conduct testing using proxies, user-agent switching, and crawler emulation Monitor and log bot vs. user behavior for ongoing optimization Requirements: Strong experience with server-side scripting (PHP, Node.js, Python) Proficiency in web server configuration (Apache, Nginx, .htaccess rules) Knowledge of IP-based routing, geolocation databases (like MaxMind), and language detection Experience with SEO fundamentals, especially around crawling, indexing, canonicalization, and bot behavior Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers or edge functions (bonus) Comfortable using cURL, proxies, VPNs for testing content visibility and delivery Ability to reverse-engineer public website behavior for research and implementation Preferred But Not Required: Familiarity with bot management, crawler detection, and traffic filtering Worked on high-security, private or segmented content systems,
