Sr Customer Marketing Specialist
As a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for guiding and executing customer marketing strategies and initiatives for a specific country. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns and programs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and drive the success of our customer marketing efforts.
You will work on a hybrid work schedule and be based out of Bangalore, India. In this role, you will impact the business by developing and implementing customer marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition and retention, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver expanded revenue generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute and manage country full stack marketing plans
  • Drive performance-based marketing supported by monthly performance metrics
  • Alignment country priorities with regional country leader, CCO/CSO, SBG Marketing teams
  • Serve as on-ground support for events, conferences aligning Gov Rel, ExComms and Channel
  • Coordinate bottoms-up annual marketing investment xSBG and in market to align mix with growth
  • Launch and adoption of Marketing GDMs
  • Provide regional inputs to global standards
  • Leverage corporate, SBG, xfunctional team to achieve objectives
  • Tightly coupled MOS and metrics

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in customer marketing or related roles
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing revenue generation strategies
  • Strong analytical skills.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
