Sr Director Customer Marketing
As a Senior Director of Customer Marketing here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for guiding and executing customer marketing strategies and initiatives for high growth and high scale regions across the globe. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns and programs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and drive the success of our customer marketing efforts.
You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and you ll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define, activate, and manage customer marketing plans for high growth and high scale regions.
Drive performance-based marketing facilitated by monthly performance metrics.
Align regional priorities with global customer marketing strategies and initiatives.
Serve as a key facilitator for customer events and conferences, aligning with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate marketing investment across regions to align the marketing mix with growth objectives.
Guide the launch and adoption of global customer marketing programs.
Leverage corporate, SBG, and cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Implement a tightly coupled Management Operating System (MOS) and metrics.

YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience (typically 12+ years) in customer marketing or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.
Experience in developing and executing customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
Strong analytical skills.
