Handling a team of five staff comprising three assistant service delivery manager and two service delivery manager productivity and revenue generation.

• Responsible for monitoring business, compliance and branch operations. Responsible for taking decisions that are cost effective and generate revenue.
• Handling critical escalations smoothly and converting them in to business opportunities which in turn adds to Branch profitability. Ensuring customer requests and complaints are processed within TAT.
• Accountable for cash transactions and cash retention limit.
• Ensuring nil pendency across compliance parameters.
