We are hiring an experienced Icertis Developer with 5 years of hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. You will be responsible for configuration, integration, and technical development to meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the Icertis platform for contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.
  
• Develop workflows, custom modules, and system integrations using the Icertis Extensibility Framework.
  
• Integrate Icertis with enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle via APIs and connectors.
  
• Manage contract templates, business rules, security models, and metadata configurations.
  
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance for smooth operations.
  
• Collaborate with business teams, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC.
  
• Work with REST APIs, Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps), and web technologies.
  

Skills Required:

• 5 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) development and configuration.
  
• Strong in C#, .NET framework, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  
• Hands-on with Azure cloud technologies (Blob storage, Functions, etc.).
  
• Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflows and compliance requirements.
  
• Proficiency in working with JSON, XML, and other data formats.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  
• Agile/Scrum project experience.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with Icertis Integration Framework.
  
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps).
  
• Icertis certification preferred.
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.E/B.Tech/MCA) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
