Role & responsibilities Marketing Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5- 8 years
Industry: Aerospace, Defense, Satellite Communications, High-Tech Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across defense, aerospace, and commercial sectors.
- Create high-quality marketing content brochures, case studies, sales presentations, website copy, LinkedIn posts.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring regular updates, SEO improvements, and professional appearance.
- Build and maintain Ananths presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute participation in key trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling marketing material.
- Work with freelance or internal designers for brochure design, website visuals, and presentations.
- Conduct market research on emerging sectors (satellite services, drones, advanced manufacturing) and identify growth opportunities.
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral, proposal material, and client communications.
- Track marketing KPIs, report progress regularly, and continuously optimize marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or related field from a reputed institution.
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in aerospace, defense, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Strong English writing skills ability to create professional, customer-focused marketing material.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, LinkedIn advertising, content marketing).
- Ability to work independently in a technical and high-trust environment.
- Experience coordinating with technical teams, sales teams, and leadership.
- Creative mindset with strong project management skills.
Preferred
- Exposure to international markets (OEM partnerships, satellite services, defense exports).
- Experience working in or marketing to government/defense clients is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of tools like WordPress, Canva, basic Adobe Suite is a bonus.
