- Bachelors degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field; Masters preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transplant coordination or a similar role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of transplant protocols, patient care standards, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
