Job Summary:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and market research. This role requires a strong understanding of online sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship management to drive growth and acquire new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and prospect potential clients through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management
  • Handle pricing negotiations, contract discussions, and closing deals effectively.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales

Qualifications & Skills :


Bachelors degree/Post graduate | 6 months to 1.5 year experience in field sales, business development (B1C / B2A sales)


Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software
