Job Description
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., Routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, load balancers, VPN, QoS). Hands on experience with network technology solutions, including: switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers etc. Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers and Meraki full stack knowledge are a plus. Experience in programming and scripting languages such as python for automation and working with APIs is a plus. One or more of the following certifications is a plus: CCNA Cisco Certified Network Administrator CCNP Routing and Switching certification Installation and deployment of Active and passive network. Should be able to troubleshoot and configure network devices. Liaise with multiple vendors and other IT personnel for multiple project deployments. Independently work with Project managers for all the delivery aspects and prepare project documentation. Should have the ability to learn new technologies and adapt with complex environment. Attending Customer meeting with Sales and Pre Sales teams. Visiting Customer sites to support network deployment and ensure full compliance and governance at site. Create net flows, utilize flow analyzer tool, and routinely perform packet capture, inspection, and analysis Identify fault domains and implement safeguards to ensure business criticality and continuity Build monitoring tools to ensure system availability, resource utilization and capacity Must have Configuring and Troubleshooting knowledge of datacenter switches for production environment (Cisco Nexus 7k, 5K Nexus 2k, 6500, 4500, 3750, 3560, etc.) Create network services dashboard providing insights into capacity, activities, and SLA measurements Be available for after-hours support, on-call, and perform maintenance. Must have good configuring and troubleshooting knowledge of Cisco ASA. Good Knowledge of IPsec site-to-site & Remote VPN and Should able to configure and troubleshoot as needed on ASA and routers. Good knowledge of F5 LTM/GTM and should able to configure and troubleshoot as required. Good knowledge of wireless infra and should able to troubleshoot wireless issue as required. Deep knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF.EIGRP,BGP) and should able to configure and troubleshoot as required. Deep knowledge of troubleshooting of LAN and WAN environment Should able to perform upgrades on Cisco routers/switches/Firewalls/WLC. Should have good understanding of ITIL process and able to perform the work within SLA.
