- Department: Marketing & Communications (Marcom) Reporting To: Manager / Associate Director Marcom Location: Bandra, Mumbai Type: Full-time Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Executive Press Release & Influencer Marketing to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of press release creation and dissemination, as well as identifying, collaborating, and building long-term relationships with influencers to enhance our brand visibility and reputation. Key Responsibilities: Press Release & Media Coordination Draft compelling and newsworthy press releases, articles, and media pitches in line with brand messaging. Identify and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses for regular coverage. Coordinate and manage press events, media invitations, and follow-ups. Track media coverage and prepare PR reports with reach, impressions, and ROI. Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all public communications. Influencer Marketing Identify and evaluate potential influencers (macro, micro, and nano) aligned with brand values and target audience. Develop influencer outreach strategies and pitch collaborations to influencers and agencies. Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers. Coordinate with content and design teams to support influencer campaigns. Monitor influencer performance and compile post-campaign reports (engagement, reach, conversion metrics, etc.). Content & Campaign Integration Align influencer content and press releases with ongoing brand campaigns and seasonal themes. Collaborate with social media and digital marketing teams to amplify influencer and PR content across platforms. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencers. Administration & Reporting Track PR and influencer marketing KPIs and present performance analysis to management. Ensure legal and ethical compliance in all influencer contracts and public releases. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, or related field. 24 years of experience in public relations and influencer marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. Preferred: Prior experience in a PR agency or influencer marketing agency. Familiarity with social media trends and digital campaign performance analytics. Existing network of media and influencer contacts.,
