Job Description
- Manage and execute civil engineering and interior works.
- Lead the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of both construction and interior projects.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring work is progressing as per design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, interior designers, and other consultants to ensure smooth integration of civil and interior elements.
- Prepare BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks for both structural civil and interior works.
- Oversee procurement and ensure timely availability of materials for both civil and interior needs.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and provide effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction and interior project workflows.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing specific to interior projects.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making abilities.
