Job Description

Job Profile:

We are seeking a highly qualified OSP Fiber Engineering Project Lead with extensive experience in AT&T fiber infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, design, and oversight of fiber optic route drafting for various AT&T initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in OSP fiber network design, engineering, or project management, with specialization in AT&T fiber infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the design and engineering of OSP fiber optic infrastructure for AT&T projects, overseeing all phases from planning and design through installation and testing.
• Maintain close collaboration with AT&T stakeholders, including project managers, field personnel, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Analyze AT&T planning documents and field notes to produce precise and efficient fiber route designs. Proficiency with ARAMIS, WALDO, IQGEO and AutoCAD is essential.
• Develop and submit detailed construction drawings for AT&T Switched Ethernet (ASE), IFP (F1/F2), and BU projects, ensuring compliance with AT&T specifications and industry standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and management for a team of engineers, designers, and technicians engaged in AT&T fiber projects.
