Job Description
Sri Aditya Squares is looking for CRM Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- Developing and implementing CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
- Managing and maintaining the company's CRM system, including data entry, data cleansing, and data segmentation
- Analyzing customer data and behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns and communications to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure the CRM system is aligned with business goals and objectives
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer data in the CRM system
- Providing training and support to staff members on the use of the CRM system
- Conducting customer surveys and gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction and experience
- Monitoring and analyzing customer interactions across various channels, such as email, social media, and chatbots
