Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate and average handling time.
Provide backend customer support through communication channels.
