7-8+ years of experience in managing DLP/Proxy platform in large enterprise
Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) and escalation point for DLP/Proxy platform and associated services.
Fine-tuning of DLP policies, rules, and workflows to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration.
Experience in managing DLP technologies such as Symantec (Broadcom), Forcepoint, Netskope etc.
Monitor and analyze DLP events across network, endpoint, email, and cloud channels.
Work with business units and security teams to define sensitive data types and risk tolerances.
Perform deep-dive investigations of DLP alerts and coordinate with incident response when required.
Ensure DLP tools are integrated with SIEM, ticketing, and logging systems.
Continuously assess and refine DLP configurations to minimize false positives/negatives.
Collaborate with compliance, privacy, and audit teams to align DLP policies with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, DPDP Act).
Generate dashboards and reports for management, including incident trends and policy effectiveness.
Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
