Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Manager at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing agency relationships, driving sales targets, implementing strategies to increase market share, and overseeing agent recruitment and training. This role is based in Siliguri with the flexibility for some work from home. Qualifications Experience in managing agency relationships and driving sales targets Demonstrated ability to implement strategies for increased market share Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health insurance products and industry trends Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively,
