Job Title: Performance Testing Engineer (9-14 Years of Experience) Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, Trivandrum Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Testing Engineer with 9-14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess core expertise in performance testing, with hands-on experience using industry-standard testing tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead performance testing efforts for applications, ensuring optimal performance under varying load conditions. Utilize performance testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, or Neoload to design and execute tests. Monitor and analyze system performance using tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics. Perform performance testing for AWS-based applications to assess scalability, reliability, and speed. Conduct performance testing for mainframe applications (experience with batch processing is a plus). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Integrate performance testing scripts into CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and ensure continuous integration. Utilize JIRA (or similar tools) to support agile methodologies in project management and issue tracking. Required Skills: Extensive experience in performance testing (9-14 years). Proficiency in at least one of the performance testing tools (Load Runner, JMeter, Neoload). Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynatrace or AppDynamics for performance monitoring. Experience with AWS applications, including performance testing in cloud environments. Familiarity with mainframe applications, especially in batch processing. Experience with MQ applications (Message Queue). Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Postgres or MongoDB. Proficient in using JIRA or similar tools for agile project management. Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and the ability to integrate performance scripts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with batch processing performance testing on mainframe applications. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integration of performance scripts into the pipeline.,
