Job Description
Candidate will be based at Mulund,(Mumbai). Candidate staying near Mulund ,Thane, Airoli will be preferred.
1. Talent Search and Recruitment of Candidates for Pharma and Non Pharma companies on PAN India & Outside India.
2. Working on Job portals like Naukri.com and LinkedIn, for sourcing resumes, job posting and references.
3. Interaction with candidates and explaining them company profile and job responsibilities, job description, etc.
4. Coordination with client companies on resumes mailed and feedback.
5. Organizing and coordinating personal interviews or on Skype and Telephone interview.
6. Coordinate with the candidates for document submissions and salary negotiation till final selection.
7. Follow up with candidates for these completing joining formalities.
8. Business development with client companies for new and repeat positions and meeting their requirements.
9. On the job training for following and working as per the SOPs, Process Systems, Formats, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Urgently looking for Management Trainee HR/ Recruitment Executive working for Pharma/ API Bulk Drugs/ Animal health for manufacturing Company.
2. Any Graduate, Preferably MBA in HR Management, having 0 to 1 years of experience in Recruitment firm including Non IT Companies preferable Pharma & Chemicals Company. Those who have Completed Part Time / Full time MBA in HR can apply.
3. You should be good in communication i.e. oral / written, emails and end to end coordination with candidates & Companies.
4. You should have knowledge of Commuters.
5. Candidate staying near Mulund, Thane, Bhandup & Airoli will be preferred
