With 13 physical stores, 1 online outlet, and a commitment to exceptional service, we are the go-to destination for high-quality pharmaceutical products. Position: - Pharma Tele caller Pharma Telecaller Location: - Patna Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies. Promote and explain pharmaceutical products and services clearly and accurately. Answer customer inquiries regarding products, usage, and pricing. Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information. Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for growth. Handle any complaints or concerns effectively and professionally. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of hind & English. A background in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is an advantage. Educational Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field is a plus). - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of accounts, Microsoft Excel, and office coordinate Requirements: * Age above 20 to 28 years. No pharmacy license required. Annual Salary: 15000 to 20000.,
