Customer Service Representative (US Mental Health Clinic) Location: Mumbai (Work from Office / Hybrid Model Possible) Shift Timing: Evening/Night Shift (Aligned to US Eastern Time) Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking mental health services. You will manage patient communication, appointment scheduling, initial insurance queries, and provide ongoing administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, and a strong understanding of service excellence.
